  The staff here from the ticket lying Bimbo to the POS GM should all be fired. We were robbed of approximately $190 by them. We had people in line that witnessed them lying to our faces and backed us up when we proved them wrong.They ruined our birthday. Do not recommend this place.

  Buy your tickets in person! Tickets online charged me $6 over for... tax? Idk they didn't specify. It was pretty dead until 11pm. I don't care I'll dance on an empty floor, but if that's not your thing wait until a bit later in the night. Once it picked up there was a full crowd and had a fun time!

  $70 for a cover is criminal. Especially for mid music. Stop taking advantage of your customers. Wouldn’t recommend

  Paid $40 in advance for a ticket (they are more at the door - $60) and was inside for less than an hour before deciding to leave. The venue was completely oversold, it was so packed that no one could move or even breathe comfortably. It felt genuinely unsafe and like a serious hazard waiting to happen. I’ve been to this venue multiple times before, and yes, it’s usually packed but nothing like what I experienced on 10/25. This time was on another level. There was no room to move, no view of the stage from anywhere, and the crowd was completely gridlocked. There was so much pushing, shoving and frustration within the crowd not to mention all the drinks that were constantly getting spilled down everyones back because of arm knocking and not being able to move. We even went up to the desk to talk to someone about how overcrowded it was, but were told there was nothing they could do. That’s unacceptable. Overselling tickets to this extent isn’t just disappointing it’s a major safety concern. I was excited to come back, but after last night, I won’t be returning. No event is worth paying that much just to be packed in like that.

  Paid $40 in advance for a ticket (would have been $60 at the door) and was inside for less than an hour. The venue completely oversold tickets and there was no where to go that had any view of the stage. Completely gridlocked. I watched multiple fights almost break out right in front of me from all of the shoving. Was excited to try this place but unfortunately, will not be coming back. Ticket price is not worth being that overcrowded
