- SGS GDec 28, 20252.0Staying at the hotel and the concept of a Speakeasy was intriguing. Stepped in at 645pm and took a table. Waiter came by, answered a question on the menu, stated would come back with water and after 15 minutes we left to find some dinner and water. Came back at 930pm after dinner as the rooftop bar had closed. Took a seat and after 5 minutes went to the bar and placed our order. The bartender said he would send with some water momentarily. The order came with our previous inattentive waiter. It was wrong and no water. Came back quickly with the correct order but no water. Stated would be right back with it. 10 minutes later we caught his attention and he admitted he had forgotten. As you can see from the picture, they were not exactly overwhelmed with business. Recommendation is to come, take a look, and then find somewhere else for food or drink—-or sit at the bar.
