This place is a madhouse, if you are trying to have a child's party don't waste your money you are told you have a 3-hour time when realistically you get there and you are told that your kids only have two hours to jump among all the other millions of kids there then you have a small little slap together picnic table set up for your party to take place for 1 hour and you're not even allowed to set up over there until that last hour when you were told you were paying for three, they bring two pizzas that tastes like cardboard a small pitcher of soda?they blow a whistle for the parties to move in and out, parents don't waste your $400 it is very misleading I also did not see a single fire exit in that place the restrooms are only one person at a time it seems like someone should check the fire code in that building, also it's not very secure anybody can just walk in there where all the children are playing there's nobody paying attention to the door, or who has paid or anything it's just chaos not very secure.

We had a good time celebrating our daughter’s 10th birthday with a party at Big Air.
Mer was our party host. She was wonderful, helpful and happy throughout. We found the rest of the staff were also nice. I saw a manager running food, which was wonderful for visitors waiting for food, given it was so crowded.
Big Air is definitely great for younger kids and tweens. It’s not necessarily a place for kids 13 and up for repeat visits, though our 16 year old did seriously enjoy the basketball court.
The party area is a bit hectic and you can’t go to the party “room” until the last hour of the party, so you are having to find places to stash shoes, bags, etc. They do hold your gifts and party supplies on a cart while you’re out jumping. You have 1 hr to set up, serve pizza and drinks, cake and open presents. It’s a bit of a squeeze. The party before us was late leaving the area, despite the party host asking them to wrap up and despite the manager going to speak with them, therefore our party “room” time was cut even shorter. They did try to offer us a little extra time, but the next family was waiting, so we hustled through.
Bathrooms could be more clearly marked. I recommend asking where they are when you first arrive.
People were having fun and being active, so all-in-all, there’s lots of kid joy happening.

If you’re looking for an unforgettable, high-energy experience in Asheville, Big Air Asheville is the place to be! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely excited to make sure everyone had an amazing time.
The park itself is incredibly clean and well-maintained, with tons of attractions that keep both kids and adults entertained for hours. The trampolines are top-notch, and there’s such a great variety of activities that no one ever feels bored. Whether you’re jumping, climbing, or just cheering from the sidelines, the atmosphere is upbeat and fun.
What really sets Big Air Asheville apart is the attention to safety and customer service. The team keeps a close eye on everything while still making sure everyone can relax and enjoy themselves. It’s clear they truly care about creating a positive experience for families.
We left with huge smiles and can’t wait to come back. If you’re planning a birthday party, family outing, or just a fun day out, Big Air Asheville absolutely deserves five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Facility is awesome but not a place you want to go with 200 plus other people. It was way beyond crowded and no monitors in key areas.
We didn’t realize that you couldn’t bring presents for a kid unless you rented a $300 table for 40 minutes. The manager came up to talk with us. I’ve been approached by some rude people in my life and he’s in the top five. He pointed at the presents and told me to ‘get those out of here’. He said he would sell me a birthday party but I needed to remove the presents.
I understood his point but I didn’t understand his rudeness. I told him I needed to find my daughter and we would take care of it. He asked me, in a rude voice, ‘Where is she?’ I waved my arm at the roughly 200 people and said ‘I’m not sure.’ And he walked away.
For sure will never go back.

The place is great and seems fairly new. The facilities are well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is enjoyable.
Unfortunately, we had a bad experience at the very beginning of our visit. Within the first 15 minutes of our two-hour session, my girlfriend fell off the mechanical bear and ended up with a broken right foot. As a result, we were unable to continue with the experience we had paid for.
We spoke with a manager to see if any solution could be explored, since we paid $67 for a service we could only use for a very short time. In the end, we understand that neither the establishment nor the manager is directly at fault, and we are aware that by signing the waiver we accepted the conditions and released the business from liability for injuries. However, we believe it is worth mentioning that there was not even a minimal attempt to offer any form of compensation or alternative after what happened. Our intention is not to place blame, but simply to point out that some gesture of consideration would have been appreciated, so that we would not lose the full amount paid on top of having to deal with an injury
