  Pamela at the front desk made our experience at Big Air in Asheville so welcoming from the very start. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely sweet while checking us in, which really set the tone for a fun visit. It’s clear she cares about the people she’s helping, and that kind of warmth doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you, Pamela, for being kind—we really appreciated it!

  Went to a party at Big Air Asheville and it was sooo fun 🎉🔥 but honestly STEVI AND MARLEE made it next level!! They were super chill, organized, and just on top of everything the whole time. Stevi had the best energy and made sure everyone was having a good time 🙌💯 You can tell they actually care—everything ran smooth and stress-free. 10/10 would go again!!

  I recently attended a party at Big Air Asheville, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, everything was incredibly well organized, fun, and stress-free. The facility itself is awesome—clean, energetic, and perfect for all ages to have a great time. What really made the day stand out, though, was Stevi. She went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that all of our guests were taken care of. Her energy, friendliness, and attention to detail made a huge difference. She kept things on track while still making it feel relaxed and enjoyable, and she was always there if we needed anything. Everyone at the party had a blast, and I’ve already had multiple people ask about booking their own events here. Huge thanks to Stevi and the whole team for making it such a memorable day—I highly recommend Big Air Asheville for any party or event!

  HUGE shout out to Stevi!! We came for a birthday party for my son’s good friend, my son was unable to jump because he is currently on crutches due to a foot injury and big air gave him an arcade card Loaded with credit so he could have fun with his friends… When the card ran out, Stevi reloaded it so they could keep having fun❤️🙌🏻 Really appreciate such amazing kindness, and thank you for making my son feel included, even though he couldn’t jump! Love this place and their kind staff. 🥳

  Our son broke his leg last weekend here. Not their fault, we are completely aware of the risks going to a trampoline park. The people working the front were so nice and the manager was very kind. Our only upset was that the teen monitoring the area didn’t help our son, a dad watching had to pull him out and flag down help. The accident might have been avoided if he would have been making sure kids were taking turns and clearing the area before the next jump, as a little girl ran right in front of where he was supposed to jump. Regardless, they are teens and accidents happens. We filled out an incident report and they mentioned pulling footage, and never heard from them again. The manager seemed really stressed out and rightfully so, it was very crowded and chaotic. Not sure what I would have expected but filling out an incident report with them delayed our ER trip and there was no follow up. We do appreciate they had a wheelchair to get him out.
