Then no-showed to my 2nd new appointment time without any notice of cancellation, delay, change in location, etc. Very disappointed and waste of my time.
- WPWendy Diaz PesanteJan 27, 20261.0The customer service in this place is horrible, they don't answer calls nor emails, and when they answer in you want a certain date the person on the phone tell you to call a certain day because the book isn't open yet, so I called when I was supposed to and the guy on the phone gave me a totally different instructions to go online I mean if the other guy tell me to do that in the first place I wouldn't have called so go online and the freaking website dont work, I mean do you people know what you are doing? It's a shame that the one in Fayetteville closed because I didn't have any problem with that place.
