It was absolutely freezing when we walked in, we were miserable the whole 4 hours from it being so Cold and it being 20 degrees out side didn’t help. What makes it worse is they knew the heater didn’t work! Why put your customers In There?! It was the worse experience I’ve ever had in a movie theater.
