- PHpeyton herringtonAug 4, 20195.0We've had an excellent experience so far with a teacher (Jennifer Beasley) who was able to really understand our child, his needs, and how to best approach teaching him when he was frustrated/embarrassed about not remembering movements. He had an encouraging and uplifting experience and we can't wait to start dance again this year!

MMDA and Mississippi Metropolitan Ballet offer the best ballet training available in the state of Mississippi. Dancers learn solid ballet technique, have numerous local, regional and national performance opportunities, and are prepared to pursue dance opportunities beyond the pre-professional level. Through membership in the Southeastern Regional Ballet Association/Regional Dance America, the company and its instructors are held to high standards for technique, choreography and performance. Jennifer Beasley, Crystal Skelton , Erik Kegler and the other instructors teach more than dance. They instill discipline, build self-confidence and prepare their students to meet the challenges of life beyond the dance studio.

She is now a part of the Company and dances each year in the professional productions Mississippi Metropolitan Ballet produces each year. The staff is extraordinarily talented and provides each of the dancer with a great foundation. I would recommend this studio to anyone looking for a place for their child to dance.
