  Place is wonderful , but the staff was rude and not helpful, there was no food ready, nothing was available. Overall a bad time for something that was supposed to be for my birthday.

  Best movie theater around. Great clean chairs, your whole row is private from people in the front and back.

  I’ve always had a positive experience which is why I’m giving it 4 stars, but just finished waiting an hour for a movie to start and ended up having to switch showtimes to a different day because of the hour long wait and somehow all they can do is switch my showtime and not even comp me a popcorn and drink for the following showtime for wasting an hour of my life. I know that it’s not directly their fault, but there were 2 of us in the theater. They’re not gonna go broke trying to make up for our lost time. Anyways that’s all.

  My 3 star review is because it just needs improvements. I will say as a wheelchair user that parking was decent, the ramp was decent, & surprisingly their handicap push buttons worked to get inside and out. I was surprised that they even had them on the bathrooms but the men’s didn’t work per my husband. I will say that the bathroom I used on the left side of the theater didn’t have a proper height toilet in the handicap stall. Also, it would be nice for toilet seats to be checked regularly for those stalls to make sure they are tight and don’t move. A lot of us wheelchair users use the toilet seat to transfer on and off. They definitely could upgrade to a lot of hands free stuff in the bathrooms to make germs less to have to touch. I know they fast clean after every movie but definitely could do better with it as I feel the cup holders are always so gross & filthy. Lastly, I don’t know if it’s just the seating for handicap people or the wall behind our seats but every theater I’ve been too it seems our chairs don’t recline as far back as those in regular seats. It would be nice if this could be looked into as they aren’t the most comfortable since you don’t get to recline back further. Overall, it was nice to see a movie in a decent theater. I hope these reviews/comments/suggestions are taken into consideration.
