  Horrible experience! Staff was not friendly ot informed. Waited 1 hour for cheese fries and missed 45minutes of the movie asked for a refund for my fries after asking for just cheese and jalapeños and they put grilled chicken on them and no jalapeños and were cold. Then I had to ask for a refund for the movie because I missed more than half of it! Staff gave me a hard time asked for a manager that took another 10 minutes waiting girl at the front that called for her said she didn't know her name?? Paid for the DBox seats was given regular, sraff came to check them and said sometimes the night shift doesn't plug them back in. Its 445pm yall didn't check this morning especially if you know thays happening. Before refunding me was asked by manager if I wanted my money or the fries if I wanted my money or to go in and watch the last 30minutes of the movie???? Really. Had 1 poor Staff making all the cooked food items while several other staff played in the hallway flirting with each other. Finally got refund and instead of getting it directly back was told it would be 7 to 10 business days. And I was not the only one. Never again Cinemark, just sad.

  The only movie theater we take family trips to. We live it here and the seats are so comfortable! Recliners to be exact!

  Our go to movie Spot. I live closer to another Cinema but we always go to Cinemark! My wife has a membership and it really helps save money at the concessions. The best popcorn on the Coast!!

  The self use ticket machine was down but an associate was able to help us quickly. This theatre is usually very clean.
