They had heat on like 75 in a theater, I walked to front desk to ask them if they could turn it down, they just started at me, they didn’t deserve a single star.
- KKkatelynn4 days ago3.0The only thing i had an issue with is i went with the IMAX experience for running man and the seats were more expensive but non reclining and barelt any room to get through in between the rows. So if anything its way better to buy the dreamlounger tickets which are cheaper and they recline.

The seats felt like I was sitting on an airplane with no recline and the seats were literally elbow to elbow, knee to back. Every time someone walks behind you in the row above they bump into the seats. Overall just a very uncomfortable movie watching experience.

The ticket girl had a terrible attitude, wouldn’t answer simple questions, and refused to accept our coupons for no real reason. Then when I went to get popcorn, the guy working there got irritated because I didn’t have a physical card and even made a rude comment about it. When we finally got into the theater, it was filthy. My seat was covered in popcorn, the chair was sticky, and the whole place felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in forever. I told a staff member and they literally said, “That’s not my responsibility, you should’ve picked a different seat.” They force you to reserve seats and the theater was booked—so what seat was I supposed to “pick”? I’m writing this before even seeing a quarter of the movie I paid way too much for because the experience is THAT bad. Don’t go here unless you enjoy being treated terribly and made to feel like you’re trash. This location seriously needs new management and a basic lesson in customer service and cleanliness.
