I went to the Marcus Theater recently and had a mixed experience. The customer service was great—everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the theater itself really needs attention. The floors were sticky, the seats were worn out or broken, and overall the place didn’t feel well-maintained. It’s disappointing to pay a high ticket price and walk into a theater that looks like it hasn’t been taken care of. I hope they invest in cleaning and upgrading the space because the staff deserves better and so do the customers

Self service drinks, refill on popcorn. Join the club and get big discounts on combo meal. Low pressure, good service from staff. They know how to add butter to your popcorn too!

We've gone to this theatre 4 times in the last 8 weeks, each visit, one or both of the seats heaters did not work, it costs us $58.00 for 2 seats, small plain popcorn and two small sodas ( with senior discounts). Whats happening to all the money they're stealing from people? They definitely aren't using funds for maintenance. We won't be back, we will try mid rivers mall theatre.

The facility could use a very good cleaning. The gentleman who scans the tickets at the front (right in front of the concession stands), he's always rude and abrupt. He could use customer service training big time.
I went here yesterday, October 25th. I'd say its a last minute, no other options kind of place. Definitely not a first choice place.
