Problems with my Movie Watcher Reward program not resolved several weeks after contacting management.
Seats show wear and tear, many features are broken, and movies don't run long enough to see them on the optimal screen in time.
I still enjoy the free popcorn and discount movies on Tuesdays. Marcus is better than other chains.

Went to see i can only imagine 2 and my seats buttons were busted, it smelled really bad like it hadnt been cleaned in ages and the seat was broken down. Waste of money! Next time i will stick to our normal theater!!!

This first time in a long time I'm able to write an good review on a theater! When I say the burger, chicken sandwich and nachos were delicious! The staff was friendly and polite!

Supposedly they only provide heated seats for some showings, which is not mentioned online when purchasing tickets. During my showing some seats had operable buttons for heated seats and some just didn't work. So I don't know if what they told me was true or if the heated seats were just broken and they don't want to admit that. My seat was also structurally broken and slanted, but I only realized that during my movie. Apparently I should have closely inspected my seats before my movie started and gotten a refund and never returned to this theater. The response I got from them when addressing these problems highlights that.
I had these problems with my seats that I noticed during my movie, I opted to address this after my movie was over so that I wouldn't be missing the film I paid a lot of money to see. I purchased my tickets online, so I went through their online guest services as well. I sent them an email detailing my experience along with a picture of my broken seat. I was told that guest services does not resolve complaints and I should have addressed this in person at the ticket counter during my movie so they could have moved my whole family around to different seats that may or may not be operable in the middle of the movie.
Anywhere else the standard is typically that online purchases are preferably addressed through online customer service. It is also standard that guest services is responsible for addressing customer complaints. Apparently I was supposed to know that Marcus Theaters operates against the standard though. So now I'm not only disappointed with the low quality seating, but also the unprofessional customer service I received.
TLDR; The seats are defective and their online customer service is quite unhelpful! I always give a business the opportunity to resolve an issue, but since they are unwilling to resolve this gets a 1 star.
