  We enjoyed our time at wow. I’d say the food is similar to what you’d expect at dave & busters or main event. They do have a lunch special with 2 appetizers & 2 sodas for $20 which is enough for 2 to share. Plenty of seating. My son really enjoyed the valo arena. It is $8 per game played per person and it seems to last maybe 5 minutes at the most. So for say a family of 5 that’s $40 for 5 minutes of fun. I’d like to see some sort of package discount offered or maybe a multi pack 4 times for a discounted price. The curling is sold by the hour. There are only 2 tables. If both are taken you could have quite a long wait on a busy day. The bowling was fun. There are 8 lanes. A few karaoke rooms. Mini golf is not open yet but it looks like it will be pretty cool. Is there an update on an opening day for that? The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. They do have a reward program so be sure to sign up. I’d like to maybe see some arcade games, perhaps a few dart boards or shuffleboard, yard type games. It would help pass the time if you were waiting on an activity to open. We will return likely when we can on a week day so it’s not too busy.

  the service was terrible took 40 min to be greeted and an hour for food (not busy) had to clean the table off for bowling myself and go ask again for it to be turned on to be able to bowl, then was asked to live when they crammed another party of 6 next to our party of 5 in 2 couches that only sat around three adults. Plus, The soap was out in the women’s bathroom and we told an employee and overall I just feel like it’s not worth the money and the drinks are way overpriced, especially for such subpar service

  Had high hopes and was disappointed. Place looks great and its very clean. We went to eat then play some games, it wasnt busy at all which was nice. Front of house staff was rough. Tons of employees but it was painful trying to get attention. Food was slow, drinks sat empty. Wife got the western BBQ burger, it didnt have the BBQ sauce, took quite a while to get someone to stop so we could ask for some and even longer to bring it. The pizza was really good, definitely recommend. We were going to order some desserts but it took forever to get the check and after the painfully long experience we decided to just get the check and leave. The employees hung out talking to each other way more than checking on their tables Tons of potential with front of house training everyone was super friendly though

  Wow! What a horribly run establishment. My friend and I went here on Saturday night to get some food and drinks and play the games. After driving about 30 minutes to get there, we sat at the mostly empty bar - staffed by two bartenders - and waited 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge us and take our order while they greeted and served several other people who came up to the bar. My buddy and I were really disappointed because the games do look awesome, but after being blatantly ignored by the bartenders for about 20 minutes, we gave up hope of trying to order and left. The bar was less than 1/3 full and the place wasn't slammed. Hope management sees this because this place could be cool. If changes aren't made, id bet this place closes within a year. Games alone won't cover your overhead and generate a profit. UPDATE: I called the phone # posted but there was no way to enter an extension on their phone system. I dialed the option for the manager and left a message. After not hearing anything back all day I called the number and spoke to the front desk and asked to be transferred to extension 101 and the person said there wasn't an extension 101. Not sure why you would write me to do this without having an actual extension 101...but ok.

  Pretty neat place with a lot to do inside. Bowling, golf, karaoke, put put and arcades coming soon. Definitely can tell the servers and staff are new but the place was only open for a week when I went, so its understandable that it will take time to work out the kinks. Only 4 stars just because we went with a very large party and a bunch of people wanted burgers but the server informed us since they were new they only had 7 burger patties left. Not a big deal, there was plenty to choose from still.
