  I’ve been going to Marcus Des Peres for 5 years straight now and have loved this theater. Friendly staff and the fact it’s on a bit of an island means no teenagers wandering in from the mall or such.😊 Overall it’s a great theater.

  Me and my wife go to this theater every Friday and Saturday night. It is our date night thing. We have been doing this for years. The people here are awesome. One manager named Weston is amazing!! Her personality is very electric.. She always makes sure we have everything we need and is very pleasant to talk too. She is truly a blessing to this establishment.

  Marcus Des Peres Cinema is a fantastic theater! The seating is comfortable, the picture is crisp, and the sound is excellent. I went with friends, and it felt like the perfect place to relax and enjoy a movie without distractions. The atmosphere is welcoming, and everything is clean and well-maintained. It’s honestly one of my favorite local spots for catching a film.

  Horrible customer service. Woman was rude to our daughter on her birthday, and allowed 10 17 and 18 year olds to stand outside of their “locked doors” by themselves at 10:30 at night. A couple of them did not have their IDs on them, and it was a Rated R film (the new one with Zendaya). I called the theatre and the woman (I will get her name and update this review) told me that they weren’t going to let them in and the theatre was closed. I had to argue and argue, and then drove up there myself. She was then rude to me, and wouldn’t unlock the door or acknowledge us for another 5 minutes. Then, she wanted to argue about how many girls vs how many tickets. We had purchased 10 through Fandango. They said they have a well stated policy about having where an adult has to be 25 for a minor who I guess they consider 18 and under, but I have yet to find it. Fandango has nothing about Marcus‘s policy, which Marcus should state clearly if they are going to partner with them. But then again, everybody wants the money, but they don’t want to talk about the rules until it benefits them.

  Really Nice theater. Saw Tristan there. A five hour Metropolitan Opera with (3 intermissions). Comfortable spacious seating with lots of good refreshments.
