However when I returned last Tuesday the same employee greeted me and I once again had to go to one he was working with to stop avoid that other employee from ruining my children’s mood. I overheard the things he said and I can’t believe they allow people to display tattoos and to talk like that even after my last complaint to the manager about it. Never returning 😤

Movie didn’t start, Sat in the theatre till 710 and went to the concession counter to tell them. Had to go back again at 720 with a video of the screen totally black but the sound going. She said the bulb went out and she wasn’t allowed to change it. WHAT??? Why is this even a thing? No one is there to change a bulb?? Gave us vouchers to come back. Should have refunded money and given vouchers since birthday was ruined for the dumbest reason ever!! Worst experience ever
