The employees at the registers clearly lacked proper training on the POS system — they struggled with basic functions like pulling up registrations and processing orders. I ordered food before realizing my session time was ending, but the food was never made, and I never received the water I paid for. When I asked for a refund, I was told the food was already prepared — which made no sense since I was leaving. I was then shorted on my refund because I was accused of receiving the waters that I never got. To make matters worse, staff couldn’t even provide me with a receipt. I’m still waiting for my refund of over $20. If it’s not resolved in a timely manner, I’ll have to escalate this beyond a simple refund request. Overall, the staff at Slick City need serious improvement in customer service, communication, and POS training.
