Don’t go if it’s busy! We drove an hour and 20 minutes, paid for 90 minutes and were asked multiple times to leave at the 60 minute mark. Even though we clearly had wrist bands on that weren’t up for the time yet, and our receipt showed we had another 30 minutes. The staff kept asking people to leave (even those in line for concessions) all because they were over capacity. I’m sorry, but quit taking money at the door and letting more people in until the others have left. Seems like a simple solution. Need a much better policy on this.

We will NEVER come back here!! My daughter got PUSHED down one of the slides and collided with another girl on a slide! THREE employees saw this happen and did NOTHING! My daughter now has a buckle fracture on her forearm and has to wear a cast for 2 weeks!! Not ONE employee checked on either one of the girls on the slide especially when my daughter got off the slide crying hysterically!! I understand we signed a waiver and there is nothing that we can do legally but that does NOT mean that they can't CHECK ON HER!! Not to mention several of the employees were on their phones instead of watching the kids in the slides!

I have seen many people experience the same occurrences I did while visiting a specific park. So I decided, why not give my own review. So I had had went to a birthday party with a few of my friends. And we were all very excited for it. The wait to get socks and wristbands was about 10, maybe 15 minutes. And once we got everything, we went straight to sliding. After a while we got a bit bored, so we decided to play hide and seek. We had earlier seen other people playing this game, so we decided why not. As we were playing, my friends little brother had gotten yelled at for running. And that comment made us all very upset. We felt this way because there were many other children running around scold free. But anyways, as we were hiding. We went near one of the slides, and stood sort of in the corner to avoid being found by the seekers. And a worker approached us, and said. "Why are you kids just standing around!" We tried to explain that we were playing hide and seek, but she just continued to yell at us, and tell us how rude it was to just stand around at an adventure park. When she left, we went to go find the others. And we all sat down at a table with the birthday girls parents, We told them what happened, and they said to just keep playing. And have fun no matter what. So we continued to play. During one of the rounds, one of us mentioned how they needed to use the restroom. So being kind friends, we all went in with her. When we opened the door, we were met with the lights turned off. And an almost unbearable smell. As our friend went to use the stall, she saw feces in the toilet, with a plunger sticking out of it. When we all saw this, she just decided to use another stall. When we were all done, we washed our hands. And turned the lights off as it was when we had entered. And when we opened the door, a worker gave us an ugly face. She scolded us for turning the lights off and tried to explain why, after about five minutes of telling her over and over. She gave up, and told us to just leave. We did so, and ran off to catch up with the others. Not even a minute later, we had a worker chasing us down, and blaming us for the feces in the toilet. We explained again, and she went to go get more workers. The workers spoke to the birthday girls parents, without including our story in the manner, and when the workers left. We told the parents the truth. They obviously believed us, and we went off to play hide and seek again. We were being stared at by workers as we were playing. And then as we were hiding the workers approached the parents again, yelling at the parents. And saying we were guilty because we were "hiding from them". The parents got a bit angry from that, and explained that at such adventure park kids are allowed to play hide and seek, and other games with that topic. The workers did not believe, and kicked us out. What a horrible 14th birthday for my friend, and for us to celebrate. And another thing to mention, that happened to all of us. And many more I have seen in reviews, and research. Terribly sore triceps, and it is affecting my performance in sports. I can barely use my arms, and I have an important, cannot miss. Basketball championship this evening. I cannot believe the service of all of the staff, tables were left trashed without cleaning, spills all over the floors, and disgusting restrooms. I have decided not only to never go back to that location, but to never visit any Slick City Adventure Parks ever again. So I hope that they see this, and read the entire review. And to those reading this. If you still decide to go, I hope you do not have the same experiences that I have had. Ruined memories, and scolding.

Me and my friends were going to celebrate my best friends 14th birthday. we had been playing hide and seek for a while and decided to go take a break. Then we decided to go use the restroom. We went in there and The lights were turned off. When we entered, we went into the biggest stall and saw a bunch of feces in the toilet with a plunger. We decided to exit the bathroom and out of habit. We turned off the light since it was already turned off when we entered. Then a worker walked in and scolded us. We sat at a table and a worker came up to us and told us we had to leave, even though we were being very apologetic and told them we could clean it up, even though it wasn’t us.

We were forced to leave because of the actions of another person. Someone had left feces in the toilet with a plunger sticking out of it. We saw it in the restroom, and decided to exit due to the smell. When we had first entered the restroom, the lights were off. So out of habit, we turned it off like it was when we had entered. And when we did, a worker opened the door, and scolded us. We walked away, very confused because that was how the lights were. Not only a few minutes later, we were sitting at a table talking about what happened, because we were upset. Then, the worker approached us. She said why would yall do that in the bathroom, not understanding We said, what? She yelled at us again, and we explained the truth multiple times. And after doing so, we were forced to leave. They had also said that there was a worker in the bathroom but there was 3 of us and there are 3 stalls. 2 of us were in the stall and the other person was washing their hands . Worst experience for all of us, and ruined our best friend’s 14th birthday. I do not recommend this. go somewhere else because all they do is lie and blame you for stuff that you did not do. They yelled at a 7 year old too and made him cry.
