  My grandsons had a great time. I enjoyed myself as well watching and taking lots of photo's. I have a long standing history with Fun Run actually, I have had 3 of my great grandaughters birthday parties there when she was younger. We've always been treated well by the staff. I thank you for that.

  I was not impressed. The overall feel of it was kind of off when we walked it. I felt like we were more of an inconvenience than paying customers. There wasn't a lot my little could do because adults aren't allowed on the equipment to play with your own kids. So we had to contain ourselves to the 3 and under section which didn't offer much and didn't feel like it had been cleaned. 🤢 One lady said they kicked out her 3 year old even though the sign CLEARLY said 3 and under. They said he was too big. They were very discriminating because two other boys clearly over age kept swinging on the door to the entrance and one had a rash all over his face!!! That poor lady was trying to watch her one year old while frantically trying to watch her three year old all the way across the building. There were no employees monitoring what was going on inside of the play areas. They seemed content hanging out behind the counter. Big kids were trampling younger kids. There were kids laying in the bounce house on their phone. Completely chaotic. There are areas where you can't see your kids at all. Who knows what could happen to your babies! The cleanliness is another thing lacking. There were no sanitation stations. You could also view right into the bathroom from the lobby. It was so weird. Unless your the patent who loves dumping their kids off to do whatever while you sit on your phone (90% of the parents did!) then don't do it!
