- DSDan SteppFeb 24, 20265.0I'm part of their rewards club. Marcus theaters gives you a large popcorn & a large drink as a birthday gift. All the others gove out a token small popcorn. Marcus gets my business mainly because they actually appreciate our business.
- ABAndrea BrewerFeb 16, 20263.0Everything was ok. It just needed a deep clean and a lot of things fixed. Some of the chairs were ripped or the cup holder was missing. The bathrooms didn't flush right cuz every stall had toilet paper in the stools. The soap dispenser almost fell off.

However, if you're a man and wish to use the men's restroom, you'll be in for a shock if you try to enter, only to find a gaggle of women "guarding" the men's restroom, refusing to let men enter. I was just there and after viewing "The Strangers" I (male) had to use the restroom, on the way out. I was unable to do so, because there a woman in there and the women outside the restroom informed me, the woman inside the men's room "told us to guard the door." Meanwhile there's a perfectly good women's restroom right next to it. Completely unacceptable behavior, especially since management either allows it, or doesn't know what's happening in their own theater. I can't prove it, but I suspect if me and boys did the same thing, in the women's restroom, not only would management be aware of it, they'd immediately discourage our behavior. I won't be going back this evening or ever again to view any more movies. I'll drive 15 miles out of the way if I need to see a movie now, so I have a chance of using the restroom if I need to.
