Me and my siblings had a wonderful time all the slides were very fun and thrilling the tickets are extremely over priced for 2 people 73$ is a little crazy the food is over priced as well almost 5$ for a Fountain cup and no free refills pretty sad but overall a good experience!! Team member Alyssa was very helpful and full of smiles all though she kept asking us to leave a review which is ok but kept asking but I guess great experience can’t wait to go back !!

Since my original review has been deleted, I am reposting so other families can be aware of the dangerous situation we encountered at slick City in Woodbury, Minnesota.
Our experience at Slick City was extremely upsetting and has had lasting consequences for our family. During what was supposed to be a fun outing, our son suffered a fractured tibia on one of the slides. The injury was severe enough that he required a full leg cast and a long, difficult recovery process that is now going into several months, impacting his mobility, school routine, sports, and overall quality of life.
What’s most concerning is how easily this injury occurred. The slides may look exciting, but in our experience, they felt poorly controlled and potentially unsafe, especially for children. There didn’t seem to be enough oversight or clear safety measures to prevent high-impact or awkward landings, which is exactly what led to our son’s fracture.
Since the incident, we’ve spoken with others who have also come across multiple reports of injuries at this same location, including other fractures. That pattern is alarming and suggests this may not be an isolated incident, but rather a broader safety issue.
We understand that accidents can happen anywhere, but the severity of the injuries and the number of similar stories we’ve heard raise serious concerns. Based on our experience, we would strongly urge other families to think carefully before visiting and to fully consider the risks involved.

recently visited this indoor playground with my kids, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The facility itself has potential and could be a fun place for children, but the behavior of the employees really affected our visit.
The staff were rude and unwelcoming from the moment we arrived. When we asked simple questions, they responded with an attitude and didn’t seem interested in helping us at all. It made us feel uncomfortable and not valued as customers.
On top of that, the membership is very expensive for the level of service provided. It definitely doesn’t feel worth the cost.
This will be my last time going there—even if I still have to pay for one more months. When you take your kids somewhere, you expect a friendly and respectful environment, and sadly that was not the case here.

I had an issue during my visit to Slick City Action Park (Woodbury location) on March 20, 2026, where I lost $400.
At the time, an employee asked me if I had lost money, which strongly indicates that the money had been found on site. I mistakenly believed I had left it at home.
After realizing the situation, I contacted the park multiple times and was told that security cameras would be reviewed. I was also informed that the matter would be investigated, however I have not received any update or response despite several follow-ups.
I have made multiple attempts to resolve this directly with the business, including emails and formal complaints, but unfortunately there has been no communication.
I hope management will take this matter seriously and provide a proper response.
So overall, good experience besides the food.
They have a #2 combo on the menu, which is a personal pan pizza, waffle fries, and a drink.
When I ordered this the worker (late teenager with a small Afro) didn’t know what I was talking about and had to come
Look at it, he informed me that “this isn’t possible because they don’t have waffle fries” so he gave me a bag of chips instead. I also ordered a icee, 2 slices of pizza and a Gatorade. Paid 26.64 for this. Then we sat at the counter waiting patiently for 10ish minutes till I asked another worker where my personal pan pizza was. Then the worker from before came over and informed me he had given me my full order, I had only received 2 slices of pizza, a bag of chips and our drinks (how the hell would 2 slices of pizza, a bag of chips, and 2 drinks come out to 26$?!?) so then we sat and ate at the table. While sitting I noticed them serving other people waffle fries which I was informed prior to ordering that they didn’t have those. No idea what the hell is going on and apparently neither did that worker. I feel like I was ripped off, and I never received my personal pan pizza or a slice of pizza for my daughter, so I took her to White Castle to eat. I reccomend the play area, but DO NOT ORDER FOOD!!!!!!!!
