We visited Slick City Woodbury just two days after their grand opening, and they’re already delivering an impressive experience. The guest service stood out right away — every staff member we met was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure families had a smooth, fun visit. The attractions themselves are amazing for kids. My children were having an absolute blast from the moment we walked in. Even though the adults in our group didn’t participate in the activities, we still had a great time watching the kids enjoy everything. It’s the kind of place where you can relax, take photos, and soak in the energy while the kids burn off all that excitement. The ticket price does feel a bit on the higher end, but becoming a member made a huge difference. The membership is absolutely worth it compared to buying single‑day passes — especially if your kids fall in love with the place like mine did. Parking was surprisingly manageable for a weekend visit. Granted, we came just two days after opening, but it was still easy enough to find a spot. Overall, Slick City Woodbury is off to a fantastic start. Excellent service, tons of fun for younger and older kids, and a clean, upbeat environment that makes the whole outing enjoyable.

I really wish we had read the reviews before going to Slick City. What looked like a fun indoor slide park ended up being a pretty disappointing and stressful experience. The slides felt way more dangerous than they should be, especially for a place that’s supposed to be designed for kids and families. There didn’t seem to be enough attention to safety, and the whole time I was worried someone was going to get hurt. Some of the slides felt way too fast and chaotic, and it didn’t seem like things were being monitored as closely as they should be. After looking at other reviews afterward, it seems like a lot of people have had similar concerns about safety. If I had seen those beforehand, I honestly probably wouldn’t have taken my family there. Definitely do your research before going.

I was really disappointed with our experience at Slick City. While the idea of an indoor slide park sounds fun, the overall environment did not feel very inclusive or welcoming. It seemed like the space wasn’t designed with all kids in mind, and I didn’t see much effort to accommodate different abilities or comfort levels. That was frustrating as a parent. The facility also felt chaotic and overcrowded, and supervision didn’t seem very consistent. After reading through other reviews, I noticed similar concerns about safety and organization, which made me even more uneasy. When you’re bringing kids to a place like this, safety and attentiveness should be the top priority. For the price, I expected a better overall experience. With stronger supervision, clearer safety policies, and more focus on making the environment inclusive for all families, this place could improve. Unfortunately, based on our visit, I wouldn’t rush to go back

Brought my 7 year old son here who has level 3 autism, non verbal, and has a developmental disability. We went for the play structure not the slides. Employee had an issue with him being 7 years old and in the play structure. I explained my son’s disability so the employee was fine with letting him go on the play structure since no other children were using it. My son proceeded to go through the play structure twice meanwhile the employee called over the managers who came over and told me he is not using they play structure the correct way and we need to leave immediately. We were getting escorted to the front so the manger could confirm we were leaving and proceeded to tell our family that she knows the struggle of our son as she has ADHD 🤣. Just an absolute insult and slap in the face that none of the employees or managers or even the owner lack the concept for children with disabilities. Long story short we were there for 20 minutes paid over $100 and were escorted out for our sons disability and this companies inability to be inclusive.

We went opening weekend and what started as what we thought would be a fun day ended tragic. During our visit, our son was using one of the slides when he suffered a broken tibia. Two different ER's, an ambulance ride, and a procedure to realign his bones, and he is now in a full leg cast and immobile for the next 6 weeks. Although it's a cool concept, the attractions move extremely fast, there are hard surfaces, and it does not feel adequately designed or supervised for the number of kids/adults and the level of activity happening at once. What’s meant to be a fun place for children and adults unfortunately turned into a medical emergency for our family. No parent expects a simple outing to result in months of recovery, pain, and limited mobility for their child. Although not nearly as serious as our case, we also did witness other minor accidents while we were there. We strongly urge other families to think carefully before visiting and hope Slick City takes safety much more seriously so no other child gets hurt like ours did.
