  Been coming here for years. My wife was really excited about the Hoppers pins. Looked online, the first showing was 10am. Got to the theater and no, there was a 9:30 showing that didn't appear online and was the only showing to get the pins. She couldn't get the pins unless we went into the showing thirty minutes already in progress. I will not be back.

  I am a long-time customer of Marcus Theatres, having frequented your St. Cloud location for many years without any issues. My family and I have always respected your theater and enjoyed countless visits. Unfortunately, our experience on Tuesday, March 3rd, was deeply upsetting, and I feel it must be addressed. While attending the premiere of Scream with two families, including several toddlers, we were quietly enjoying the movie when a security officer approached our row. This officer immediately singled out our children—who were accompanied by adults and behaving appropriately—and aggressively threatened to remove them from the theater. No prior warning or clarification was given, and the officer spoke only to the children, bypassing the adults entirely. To provide context, there were other groups in the theater who were clearly disruptive, including teenagers vaping, talking loudly, and moving around, yet they were not approached. The manner in which this officer targeted our group felt highly selective and, frankly, discriminatory. My family and I were made to feel unsafe in what should have been a welcoming, family-friendly environment. The situation escalated to the point where the officer’s actions could have provoked a physical confrontation had my sister not remained calm and mature throughout. The manager who later intervened acknowledged the mistake and offered a refund, but the experience has left a lasting impression of fear, confusion, and disappointment. I am sharing this not to attack individuals, but to emphasize the serious impact of this type of behavior. Customers should never feel threatened—especially children—while attending a movie. I strongly urge Marcus Theatres to review this incident and ensure proper training, supervision, and accountability for security personnel, so no family experiences this again. I am grateful for your attention to this matter and hope that steps will be taken to prevent such harmful situations in the future!

  would give 0 stars if I could. guy checking tickets today had a very offensive shirt openly displayed for any one passing by. have no idea what that has to do at all with the movie theater but the fact they allow him to represent this establishment is idiotic.

  The theater is clean and staff is wonderful. However your website is terrible. By far the worse across the industry. Willing to change review when you go back to your old site style and stop forcing all these advertisements on us.
