Being inches from failure treating guests like this isn’t going to fly. Probably won’t go again until avengers comes out next year sometime. Great job.

Apparently not tonight, and shame on me for not just knowing that when I showed up with my four kiddos who were pumped for Zooptopia 2. Biting the bullet cost us almost $50 extra. I can't imagine why more and more people choose to wait a couple extra months to just stream new movies. Seriously, St. Michael is a much nicer theatre, and Quarry Cinema is cheaper. If you have the time, it's worth the drive to avoid Parkwood. 2 stars instead of 1 because even though I was in a bad mood, kids are ignorant and they had a great time.

I’ve gone here for a few years, so I’m used to the very cramped way the bathroom doors swing, but that isn’t my main problem. The problem was when I had to use it and knew better than to go before the big battle in the movie, and almost not a single bathroom was open due to cleaning. I get that it’s late at night and everyone wishes to go home, but you should at least wait and have at least one of each bathroom open? Even after the movie, almost all of them were still closed! People definitely need to go after how long the movie we were seeing was.
