- VBVanessa Bird4 days ago4.0This is a great place to visit! It has a wonderful video presentation explaining how and why they built the lighthouse. There is an important story about the hardships of shipping on large areas of water. I enjoyed the exhibits inside of the building and the view of Lake Superior. The employees were very friendly and helpful. My family was there on a cold drizzly day, so not much walking because of ice. Unfortunately, they don't let anyone look inside of the lighthouse. Overall, it was an interesting place to visit and easy on the wallet.

- EBEmily BravermanFeb 21, 20265.0The best park in MN. Beautiful. Really amazing sounds from the water and the pebbles are very cool. Snow shoes are very much needed if you plan to walk far. It was virtually impossible to track. Definitely need snow pants, good winter gloves, and a snow proof jacket.

The museum was open and very educational. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Also they had free admission for the off season. The lighthouse and Lake superior did not disappoint.
