Went on a Saturday afternoon and it didn’t feel too busy at all. Lots of space and room to explore. Had a great time exploring the Julia Child exhibit. Very well done and interactive. If you love Julia Child don’t miss it!
The other exhibits are awesome as well! I’m always learning something new when I go there!

This is such a family friendly interactive museum. The staff were all extremely kind and helpful. I absolutely loved the special exhibition as a huge fan of Julia Child. It is definitely one you can stroll through in a couple of hours, rather than a full day museum.

This museum is great! I remember loving it as a kid and now that I live in Saint Paul I'm here a couple times a month. Every Thursday evening is FREE! They also have some cool free events like crafting, movies, talks, etc. There are a lot I'm interested in but I can't always make it 🥲 There is parking which is also free on Thursday evening. One downside is that they took out a nearby bridge which makes accessing the museum more difficult, but hopefully it will reopen!

What an amazing source of information about our history. The architecture of the building itself is inspiring, the exhibits top notch. I particularly enjoyed the Julia Childs exhibit and the Minnesota cookbooks they added!
