- MJMaddie Johnson2 days ago1.0Probably the worst theater in the cities. Came for a 6 pm showing and arrived by 5:30. Took 15 mins to find a spot in a parking garage that gave no info on how to get to the theater. Came in and the place was a mess. Line out the door with a single poor employee struggling to scan tickets with an iPad on the opening weekend of Wicked. Tried to go to the bathroom and tried 6 different stalls before I found one that wasn't clogged or unflushed. The bathroom in general was in disarray. Toilet paper and paper towels everywhere. Then we paid 20$ for a soda and popcorn and the popcorn was super small and not as advertised on their app(paper bag vs bucket). Finally we get to the theater and find outdated seats - no recline or heated functions, which most other theaters these days have unless they're small local places. Marcus is not. And this is all before the movie even starts.

Brought this up afterward to the assistant manager that basically said too bad you should have reported it during the movie. Once I got home I was presented with a review to fill out in which I explain what happened. The Manager took care of us with two free tickets to use at another time. This was acceptable to us since it only bothered two of us. I appreciate the follow through where many would not.
- BFBrad FNov 15, 20251.0Absolutely shocking!! They have OLD and ANTIQUATED POS terminals. NO TAP to pay. You MUST swipe your card. NOT EVEN CHIP INSERT terminals!! These have been replaced by newer technology to PREVENT credit/debit card fraud. BEWARE IF YOU UTILIZE THESE OLD DEVICES, as you have a higher probability of becoming the victim of fraud.

Over TWENTY minutes of previews, and then we had to watch some generic youtube style commercials, and then a second preview that talked about one of the previews we'd already watched earlier. No reason to return here over driving an extra 5-10 min to Willow Creek. Will not come back, easy elimination of an option.
