The staff proceeded to follow her and harass her even with 2 parents present. They told her repeatedly they would be checking on her. After the movie ended looked back and there was 2 rows of kids barely 10. Will not be going back will drive to Lakeville where they don’t harass teens without a reason.

We showed up 10 minutes early for our 3:00 movie so we could get settled in, and right away she gave us dirty looks and started talking to us disrespectfully for no reason—even though we weren’t even in her line. She then had the nerve to ask my older sister, who is 21 years old, for ID while the rest of us (17, 16, and two 14-year-olds) stood there. And let’s be clear — we’re Black, she’s white, and the way she treated us made it very obvious what was really going on. On top of that, instead of doing her actual job, she straight up told us to go to another theater, which means she literally lost her own company money just to show how much attitude she had. I’ve been here before and walked in with underage kids and walked right into R-rated movies without IDs, so the rules are clearly applied whenever they feel like it. She even butted in and took another worker’s job while we were in line, making everything worse. The disrespect, the double standards, and the flat-out racism were disgusting. Hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
