All the buildings are closed - likely permanently. Trails to walk, but nothing special about it. Some risks for kids with left over outdoor structures left behind that aren't stable.

This was actually closed when we arrived so we did not get to go in. But it's in a very cool looking place, scenic wooded area.

Shame they're closing. It was a great place to learn about the fur trade business in MN. Staff is outstanding, very nice and knowledgeable.

Snake river is a woderful safe place for family it can make the worst children happer and or mindful and they learn so much about disaplin and love and how to servive the oddest stiuations the world has to offer OST to VETs we all have some memorys that get us through hard times thank you so much for all you did A&S
