I've been twice, once with a friend when we took the more in-depth tour of the mill, and then as a chaperone for a class of first graders. From grinding and sifting wheat to exploring the force of water from the falls, their hands-on exhibits are very kid friendly and interesting for adults, too! And the walking tour was very well done. Learning about the history, the economic impact, and the tragedies through what is left of the original mill's machinery and facilities is meaningful. The view of the river from the 9th floor deck is the cherry on top.

Indescribable how fantastic this museum is, built in the old shell of a mill, it has some fabulous artifacts and activities for children. The docent Fred was amazing at bringing the experience alive to us.
