Staff was great and very patient. A great variety of slides and activities. We didn’t try the food, so can’t rate that. We have an 4 and 8 year old, both boys, and they both came out saying they had a blast! Our really only complaint was the parking.

Great place for kids, lots of fun slides. However some sides have turns that can be difficult for people over 6' tall. Adults may want to bring ear plugs if they are going to stay for a while. Very helpful and friendly staff.

They have a lot of room for improvement. Upon arrival, there's several lines to enter, only 2 were staffed. I picked one that was staffed. The next lady went to an empty line. An employee opened that line and took care of her so I went next since I was there before her. The employee tried telling me the next person in line was next. I explained I was there even before the previous person he helped. He apologized to the next person. Excuse me? How are you going to open a brand new line and not help the person that has been waiting the longest? One single file line would easily resolve this issue. A cluster of slides was not staffed. I talked to the front desk about this on TWO separate occasions. Kids weren't waiting for other kids to be done, kids were budging and pushing...until they finally got staff up there. If you don't have enough staff, close some of the slides! The rubber at the end of the slides causes a lot of injuries. I watched several kids get up after the pad they rode down on stopped abruptly but their body kept going. Lots of kids holding their shoulders, arms, wrists, sides, etc...lots of rug burn on arms. There was an unmonitored dodge ball court where kids were aggressively whipping balls at each other. I watched a kid fall off the swing and get trapped between the pillow and the podium. Staff had no clue until a kid told them there was someone trapped. It looked like the kids fingers may have been bleeding...the swing was never closed down for cleaning/inspection. Parents allow their kids to run free with no supervision while they sit and visit with each other. Lots of rude kids with no manners. Their tables need to be bolted down. My fiance and I sat at a table while the kids got a drink of water and the table tipped over. Luckily I caught myself but my fiance hit the floor. This happened again with 2 on one side, 3 on the other...one adult and one kid got up and myself and the 2 kids started tipping...again I luckily caught us all. Just not a very safe place in general. It could be good if they put some additional thought into safety rather than just requiring waivers from everyone. 2 of the 3 kids thought it was fun though!

A very dangerous place for a child if you don't watch them every second. We came with the kids at a birthday party invitation, and I watched the other children on every ride. One girl injured her eye when she was hit, another girl slid head-first, landed incorrectly, and injured her neck. She got off and started crying. The harsh braking swearing after a fast exit makes stopping dangerous... PARENTS, BE CAREFUL!!!! The cafe is full of chemicals for children. There's no coffee for parents. There's smoke (!!!!) under the ceiling on the second floor, and I think it smells like pizza cooking... In short, we won't be coming here again... Alas!

Great place with a unique spin on family entertainment. Great staff and clean facility. Only one major complaint: zero hand sanitizer! At a place where you use the same slides as everyone else and the handles are brown this is a ridiculous mistake. You wear socks into the bathroom, order food and use more slides but not a single sanitizer station anywhere! My daughter could've planned better.
