- NKNicole Kowalczyk4 days ago5.0What a fun and unique place to visit! From ages 16-46 this place did not disappoint! The slides were a blast! And the staff were great! We had a situation where we accidentally did not receive the change from our transaction. I was so excited about the experience that I completely didn't realize that I hadn't received my significant amount of change. On the ride home, 2 hours away, I had discovered that I didn't receive it. I thought it was a lost cause but a simple call to the manager resulted in him getting me the change I was owed (without having to return to the facility). We WILL be returning and bringing friends! Thanks for the great experience.
- LKLydia KnoxDec 28, 20253.0I went here with my cousins for a fun little activity. When we arrived we waited in line for someone to help us, then when we got checked in we started to play. I noticed some slides or areas were unsupervised - and there were little kids playing there. Also with the zip line, it kept getting stuck in the middle, and kids were climbing on top of each other to get it unstuck. If an adult was there, they could do that instead of kids climbing on top of each other. I feel like the whole place could have and needs more supervision. And also for the amount of slides and things to do there - you are paying way to much. Once you do all the slides and activities, there is just nothing to do, and the lowest pack is 90 minutes - but you could do all the stuff in less than 30 minutes.

If I pay $200 just for tickets and game cards and still can't get thru the door without the "fancy" socks that requires another additional purchase--the conpany is scamming people for money. Period. Paying $5 for a pair of socks that cost $1 to make after already paying hundreds is a crazy company policy that will ensure that families come once and once only.

We reached out to live chat and they just responded with that discount has expired and ended the chat twice without allowing us to respond. We then tried a third time asking to let us respond as the website still had the banner up and there is no date listed the discount ran through and they just said it can't be honored and a manager can't do anything about it. They also said I could go to the location to see if it can honored (not guaranteed) but we don't live close to the location and it was going to be a gift. Then just ended the chat again. Hell, I would have still made the purchase if they would have just acknowledged the error on the site and said we'll let the web team know vs just ending the chat. Eh, there are plenty of other places to go.

The kids had a blast and there was a variety of activities for everyone. My one critique is that the elevator is not allowed to be used by guests independently. I have a daughter in a wheelchair and we needed to find a staff member every time we wanted to go from our party table to the activities, which was frequently. This was inconvenient and felt less inclusive for her as it made it difficult for her to keep up with the other kids..
