The history of the Mayo family is fascinating and we learned so much about their difficult and adventurous life before the move to Rochester. Docent was kind, interesting, knowledgeable and dressed in period costume. Fascinating that the founders of Green Giant lived in the same house as well!

Docents were knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. There was a lot to see in each room, despite the rooms being quite small. Hearing about family life during that period was very interesting.
