  The good: - Super comfy reclining chairs - Clean restrooms The bad: - Distracting lighting policy - They keep these large upper wall lights ON during the movie. Not just the little ones along the floor like typical theaters. These large lights are dimmed, but they are absolutely bright enough to take away from the "movie going experience." Especially annoying during dark scenes. - Understaffed - The concession lines are absurdly long and there's 1 person working the ticket counter - Grossly overpriced concessions - This isn't unique to Marcus, but it's absurd nonetheless. I got the smallest popcorn size, the smallest drink size, and a bag of M&Ms. Waited in line about 10 minutes to get it. Total came to $24.

  Surprisingly dirty and excessively expensive for a family outing. The Ultrascreen room volume needed to be turned down about 5-10%; the previews were painfully loud and my kids were all covering their ears. Seats and railings looked like they had never been wiped down or disinfected... ever. Obviously we had a blast, anyway, but the standards have fallen.

  Would not be disappointed to see this theater close. Can't get the food i want. Had to walk from the parking garage to the front door around the outside in the rain after charging me for theater parking. The seat spilled my popcorn with the power recliner button being pushed by my phone in my pocket. The place is just a disappointment all-round.

  Bigger movie selection you have to pay to park the popcorn and drinks are more than you paid to watch the movie but other than the price was good!

  The theater was clean and the seats were in good shape. The attendant was welcoming and friendly. Bar: We attended a Saturday afternoon movie and the bar was closed until 5:00, although another customer said it had been open earlier. Parking: The attendant told us that if you have movie tickets, you can park for free
