    We booked my stepsons birthday party here. The buffet didnt have food for the 1st hour. The fountain pop machines didnt work for the 1st hour and a half. The package we booked online said we got arcade credits. That was not true. The girl who was supposed to check in with us during our party never came back after showing us to our table. The manager wasn't worth his paycheck with problem solving. The employees were to busy chit chatting with each other versus actually working. It has definitely gone down hill as far as customer service.

    Did a birthday party spent well over 300 bucks. Pop machines didn't work, eventually they figured it out took 3 hrs. Food wasn't ready till 1ish. Talked to manager..he didn't care either. Very very sad place. Hire decent employees! Go karts take forever.. very unorganized place. Server for party was never around. Do better guys..a little effort goes along way.

    I took my daughter and her friend there. It was a lot of fun and there’s a lot of things to do highly recommend this place. It looked clean safe and the food was decent for it being a buffet so I highly recommend bringing your kids here and spending some quality fun time with them.

    Best place to take your kids and family to enjoy yourself You’re gonna love it …… BUT The last few months, the FOOD been going down the drain 6/10 Just need more workers in the booth around the food keep and watch over it. Make sure everything is replaced hot and no bugs flying around the cookies.

The entire experience — from planning to the day of the event and even follow-up afterward — was smooth and well-organized. The staff communicated clearly and were so accommodating every step of the way. The party package was affordable, and they had everything we needed to make the day special — food, fun, and entertainment all in one place. My daughter and her friends had the best time, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Craig’s Cruisers Grand Rapids for any kid’s birthday party or family celebration! 🎉
