  The day we went was packed. The buffet had barely any food & the floors desperately needed cleaned near the drink machines as it was extremely sticky. The bathrooms weren't cleaned - toilet paper was all over the floors but none to use. Seems like hiring a few more people to maintain cleaniness would go a long way on busy days. Otherwise, it's a pretty cool place.

  My family & I had such a fun time, the service on the other hand not so much. I get having young teens working there but the attitudes some of the girls had that worked there were insane. Giving customers attitude and just not even acknowledging that people need help. They just huddled togeather like they were hanging out & not at work. Other then that it was fun. I reccomend going when you can pick the deal rates because it will definitely get pricey!

  Like any kids spot, it's full of screaming children and parents who want to die. But this spot has the only available coffee locked in the buffet area. We went to the bowling alley for coffee and then nded up staying until the kids were ready, just to get away from the awful noise

  I have gone there many times (10+) and yesterday was no different. The food was so good and the place was really clean, we did play dodgeball and it was quite unfair. Teenagers were throwing the balls very hard at young children and many children were arguing. The staff were very good as usual, and my experience has been the same every time in the past 3 years.

  We usually love this place. Normally we don’t entertain the arcade but this particular visit we spent a lot of time and money in the arcade. We earned 4773 in tickets between 4 of us and purchased an item that was 2600. After that I was told we had 550 left. What????!!! How??!!!! So I asked to reverse it so we could find something lower because I have 2 kids that were splitting them. She pushed the item at me and said “ you purchased this, goodbye.” She was upset with the scanner dying on her often and I understand how frustrating that can be but seriously??? And no I did not ask for a manager, they were closing and I didn’t want to stand around arguing.
