Just had my daughter's 8th birthday here. It was an early pancakes and Pj party and everyone there was very attentive and made sure the party ran smoothly. The kids had a great time. After reading some reviews I was nervous after booking her party. I decided to still go forward with my party and I am glad I did it was a pleasant experience.

I’d leave negative stars if I could! Read the reviews on the place, save your money. Go to Dave and Busters! Out of drinks, out of fries, the restaurant inside is terrible. You walk in and are expected to use Kiosk for everything, and if you ask a worker for help they are useless! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Here for New Years Eve and as an avid arcade goer, I don’t see myself coming back anytime soon. No one around when machines malfunctioned. Staff all seemed annoyed to be there. Most importantly, there was no warning on when they were closing and cut the power off in the middle of everyone’s game leaving any tickets in that session to be void. I did however want to highlight Abby at the bar. She was amazing and did the best she could holding down a full bar 11pm. She was the ONLY staff member in the bar area during the ball drop. The bar was packed and she had zero back up.

We visited about 2 months ago. It was fun and loud which was ok for me. One of the cards we had, does not offer any prizes for points. There are no lockers or any area to hang your coat, so we had to walk around carrying them until I just left ours on a table. The kiosk for food was a struggle so we went inside the restaurant to eat. My food was good. We did not like the macaroni.

Meet with the event planning staff in October to plan our family Christmas party for 21 people ( 12 Adults and 9 kids) planned for December 13th from 6p-9p. We had a great experience with the party event planners who were very attentive to our requests. We reserved a semi- private area in the bowling alley room for the entire 3 hours so the adults/ kids had a place to return to during the evening( at an additional cost) During the week before our event I received at least 3-4 phone calls from the event planners making sure all the requests/ menu choices were correct. I was very impressed with the communication from the team ..Until the night of the event when our party of 21 arrived ( on time)and we were told the room that we reserved was not available. The first party host that greeted us had no answers, she was clueless that we reserved a room for the entire time frame 6p-9p. They then sent another host to try to straighten this mess out. In the meantime I asked if we could get the kids started on the arcade so they could go enjoy themselves. Still not sure why the room was not available for us as no one could answer this question ( and still haven’t).they did set us up for our food buffet in another room ( private) so we could all eat together. During the time frame the kids were sent away from the laser tag room , the staff told them they needed a scheduled time to play the game . When I approached the staff at the laser tag counter , ( who could barely look away from his phone ) to talk to me. We did get the party host to book us all together which was great. Now at 8pm we were told we could go into the room that we reserved as the previous party has left. We did bowl for the last hour in the room previously reserved for 6p-9p. The bill came to us and I questioned a $75 service fee, asking if this was part of their tip. The host stated “ I have no idea what the service fee is for but it is not for us” . I paid my bill and tipped accordingly . On Monday the 15th I called the event planner and asked what happened to our reservation. I was assured someone would follow up with me and find out what happened. I have yet to hear from anyone. We did have fun during our time, but the lack of management and inexperienced staff who need more customer service training was not present during our time .
