  It’s an arcade like others most of the games are the same but my favorite is Connect 4 basketball. The best part for me was the food, I never eat burgers but I took the chance her and they did not disappoint, the bacon was salty but minus the bacon, the burger was immaculate, beautiful and good, the fries were as well. I also ordered the milkshake. They were out of brownies for the milkshake but the vanilla milkshake was still a hit in taste and presentation! It’s a cool place to go on a weekday date and to bring the kids if you want them to enjoy everything. Will be returning for sure for the brownie Oreo milkshake! I almost forgot, customer service was outstanding!

  Love the staff here !!! Clean and professional, almost 5 staff members, helped me search for my lost keys, a manager even was reviewing camera footage , to see where they were left.. good news!! Found them, but overall, I appreciate all of them for going out of their way& stop what they are doing to find my keys I lost, I defintely will be back, awesome service!!! Good food!! & the staff is amazing! If people would show more kindness like this their wouldn’t be any hatred in this world!!!! ❤️🫶❤️

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Main Event is the ultimate family fun night! We had SUCH a great experience at Main Event in Taylor! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was fun, energetic, and family-friendly. There is truly something for everyone. They have: 🎳 Bowling 🔫 Laser Tag 🕹 Arcade Games 🎱 Billiards 🍽 A full-service restaurant 🍹 A bar area for adults The kids LOVED laser tag and bowling the most! The laser tag arena was exciting and well organized, and bowling was such a smooth experience. One of my favorite parts? You can order food right to your lane while you’re bowling. That convenience alone is a win for parents! Now let’s talk about the FOOD 👏🏽 The restaurant area is super cute and welcoming, but you can also enjoy everything right at your bowling lane. Everything we ordered came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor. We were so busy having fun that we completely forgot to take pictures — but I promise you the quality was amazing. The portions were generous, the presentation was great, and the prices were very reasonable for what you get. And the desserts? SO good. The drinks were also delicious (non-alcoholic for us this time 😉). We didn’t try the bar yet, but we are absolutely planning an adults-only night to come back and check that out! I also want to shout out the employees because they were working HARD. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and professional. The service was quick, organized, and you could tell they really care about making sure guests have a great experience. As a mom, I always notice the important details: ✔️ Clean bathrooms ✔️ Safe, family-friendly environment ✔️ Plenty of decent parking ✔️ Clean and well-maintained facility It checked every box. If you're looking for a fun, safe, clean spot for family night, birthday parties, or even a date night this is it. We will definitely be back!

  I took my nephew to Main Event last night and he had an amazing time in the arcade. He loved the sports and racing games, and that part of the experience was great. Unfortunately, the restaurant service was very disappointing. We were seated quickly but sat for about 20 minutes without being acknowledged while several servers walked past us. When I asked the waitress in our section if someone would take our order, she said “in a minute” and then helped tables that came in after us. It felt rude and unwelcoming. If it weren’t for my nephew being hungry, I would have left. The only saving grace was Chynna, who noticed we hadn’t even received drinks and stepped in to help. She was kind, efficient, and apologized for the experience. Because of this, we’ll come back for the arcade, but I won’t be dining in the restaurant again. The way we were treated left a really bad impression.

  Heard a million bad things about this place. I decided to give it a chance and take my son there, and I honestly should’ve listened to the reviews. Walking in all the systems were down it was completely unorganized. The manager had an attitude the one with the long hair it made. It seem like an inconvenience to have to manually punch in our payments for arcade and the wrist bands. Nothing was explained to us we weren’t aware that the wristbands did not come with the arcade so it was a bunch of back-and-forth between desks. Just trying to get in this place.. Every single Kid that was working that night which was yesterday looks completely miserable not a single one was smiling at any point no good customer service just straight face half of them didn’t even know what they were talking about and the other half weren’t doing anything at all just standing around. The only two employees that did phenomenal was our waitress by the bowling alley she young blonde, hair girl and the young boy working in the front desk where the prices were he basically handled everything on his own even when a manager had to do the main work he kept a positive attitude, even if he was drowning. The food taste like school lunch and is a waste of money. Their systems are completely unorganized. I’ll probably never come back
