If it's one big issue that I have about Cinemark is trying to go to a morning show throughout the weekday. It seems like after the Spring/Summer seasons are over a lot of the weekly showtimes don't start until 1 or 2 in the afternoon. This is why I go elsewhere throughout the week during the colder seasons.
- SKSofia KhalilNov 3, 20251.0Today me and my friend went to see the black phone at cinemark Taylor, we bought all of our snacks and when we tried to go in the theater they said we were underage which is understandable BUT we’ve gotten in to many rated r movies in this theater before ALONE but for this movie we were with a of age adult ( my friends brother, 21years old) and they still wouldn’t let us in cause they said we needed a parent. So her brother went inside to watch the movie and we got her mom to talk on the phone with the manager and suddenly the rules switch and you just need an adult not a parent they also had so much attitude and were being so RUDE and they randomly flagged us for finding an adult like they asked. Ms Jones, will, and the girl with the colored hair all should get fired or fix their attitude cause I’ve never experienced something like this. Please don’t come to this cinemark the customer service is so bad and rude.

But one day, during the latest Cenna Mark movie something wild happened. We were just chilling, watching the explosions and plot twists, when out of nowhere someone swiped Brody’s zebra cake right off the table. Gone. Vanished like it was part of the movie. To this day, we still joke that Cenna Mark himself took it — like some kind of snack-fueled revenge subplot. But deep down, Brody’s never really recovered. That zebra cake was personal.
