  Am at the 28th street location. As soon as we walked in, Aaron greeted with a smile, going above and beyond to make sure every is absolutely great! Everything is phenomenal! Great food, great company, 10 star service! We will definitely be back! Rachel the GM came out to make sure we are all happy!! Above happy, what a fantastic gathering!! Aaron is beyond fabulous!! 10 stars!!

  I was there for the Monday night madness event I don’t remember the date but I went and I brought my own equipment and threw my ball and I hit the mark I wanted to hit but then it would thump into the right gutter and then on top of that the arcade games are only being able to be played with a certain kind of card and there are certain ones that even though I had the card wouldn’t let me play so don’t waste your time or money you are better off going to Dave and Busters, Craig’s Cruisers or the Lost City Arcade in Holland Michigan Thank you

  We recently visited Main Event for the first time and were extremely disappointed by the service. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an employee with a terrible attitude. She had no smile and was very unapproachable. When we asked her how to get a bowling lane, she snapped at us, complaining about being overwhelmed with tasks and rudely told us to use the kiosks for assistance while rolling her eyes. This kind of poor communication and lack of customer service is unacceptable. It left a bad impression on our experience, and I cannot recommend this place based on how we were treated. We will not be back.

  My entire experience at Main Event was absolutely amazing! I don’t usually go out much or feel comfortable in crowded public spots, but I decided to give it a shot tonight with a friend—and I’m so glad I did. From start to finish, everything was top-notch. The staff made my night one I’ll never forget and will definitely be repeating (and telling all my friends and family about). Special shoutout to the Manager, Kaitlynn—she was incredible. She checked in on me throughout the evening, patiently explained the games, and even had me laughing out loud. I also noticed how smoothly she supported her team, always available while staying on top of everything. The food was fantastic too—those nachos hit the spot!!! Perfectly seasoned and just what I needed. I rarely write reviews, but this experience deserved one. Thank you, Main Event, and especially Kaitlynn, for turning a regular night into something special.

  When it comes to the restaurant part of main event the customer service sucks!! After me and my children were done playing we decided to head to the restaurant inside to get something to eat. We waited by the the service desk where I’m assuming there is a host that will sit you down but no one was there we waited several minutes while people who were working the bar just kept looking at us and never asked if we needed help. As we kept waiting and no one bothered to help us, we went inside the restaurant, and sat ourselves down at a random table. There was one waiter who finished helping another table and came to my table with my kids and told us he would take our drink orders once he placed the orders he took from the previous table. My children and I continued to wait for another 10 minutes to get some kind of service from this establishment. As time went on I decided to look around as I was still sitting at my table for a waiter who could help us. I noticed our original waiter who told us he would take our drink order was working the bar making drinks what appeared to be for the customers sitting at the bar. I looked towards the kitchen and I noticed three people just standing there talking waiting for there food orders to serve to the customers, which to me is kind of stupid and selfish as a business, they could’ve taken our drink orders as our original waiter was for some reason working the bar making drinks. After a total of 20 minutes I felt my children and I were being ignored for whatever reason so we got up and left. Even the table next to us noticed we were not served as we left the establishment. I will not be returning to the restaurant portion of the business in the near future or the arcade anytime soon. Hopefully no other customer will experience this and hopefully main event can take this unfortunate situation and learn from it.
