Staff needs training, management you need money to survive and staff needs guidance. I paid $60 for a party of 4 with shoes. No explanation no timeline I didn’t even know what I paid for, didn’t even tell me what lane I had to ask. Played two hours. Asked to order food and drinks Twice 30 minutes apart. Was told a server was coming. Sadly left after two hours hungry and thirsty. Nobody bothered to check in, we left without asking anyone anything.

Took the family bowling, figured we could get some food there. Turns out they only had one waiter for the area and they couldn't be bothered to take our order. Disappointed would be an understatement. Ended up leaving early to go find food and a better establishment.

Went to Main Event for a friends birthday and everything was pretty smooth. The reason for the 4/5 star review, the bar staff was extremely overwhelmed and seemed to not know what they were doing. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but man they could not figure out how to handle our group. There really wasn’t many people at the bar in general…. One of the bar tenders even asked a friend if they knew what venmo was for a tip!?? Service was way too slow and it seemed like they didn’t care about making the bar money. I personally feel like they missed out on several extra hundreds of dollars from the slow service and the business they missed out on for their mis-organization.
Other than that, everything was great. I want to give a personal shout out to the front man Eric, he was so awesome to talk with and WANTED to help us. Give that man a raise!!!!!

Short Staffed? Unfortunately for a first time visit from out of town (Kalamazoo), I am really disappointed with the outcome of our visit.
I would not suggest a play and dine option as you will not know how long the food will be.
Got here around 6pm on Dec. 26th, picked a food and play package and made our way to our seats in dining. Not busy with diners, the bar tender had us pick a spot to sit and we waited, and waited. About 6:15, a manger came to ask if we were helped, and took our beverage order. About 10 minutes a server came to finish ordering the drinks. We got our beer and water handed to us and dinner ordererd to by 6:35. And then the wait begins. By 7:37, we received a partial order (Loaded fries, boneless wings) but still didn't get a salad with grilled chicken. Food was not warm!
The staff were polite but not good at describing how things are going, with waiting at least 15 mins before interactions with them. but can tell they seem to be either scrambling or waiting for the kitchen. They should have told dining customers there was a wait and to not order so they could catch up. Other diners near me were in the same boat.
I believe I may have got part of my dinner back for the eat and play receipt, but not beer and app.I felt i should not have had to pay for anything for dinner. given the Management wasn't good at explaining things. They did apolgize and gave an hour game play card that you can use till the end of the month. I had 5 days to use it.
It took us 2 hours for dinner that was cold, bar food fries and boneless wings and not everything I ordered once paid out.
The game area was fine and had a nice selection. There was a spilled drink in a sit in arcade machine and 30 mins later had not been taken care of. Not worth the drive from Kzoo while shopping at the mall.
2 stars total. 1 for eating, 3 for play area.
Pics shows when we bought the eat play special, the time we finally got our food, and how many customers were around us. I know it's a big place and there are tables near bowling, but dining was not that busy.

Absolutely terrible service. You have to search for employees if you need litterally anything and if you do find one it takes at least 45 minutes for them to actually follow through on what you asked for. While I typically am willing to give grace towards understaffed places this truly seems like it is just run poorly. Employees wondering around with no direction. For the most part everyone was pleasant to deal with but beyond that it was a miserable experience. We wont be back which is unfortunate as I was very excited for this place to open. How they have 4 starts is truly beyond me.
