  Had taken our two oldest boys for a joint birthday, 2 weeks apart so made sense. Set up a teen 10 package with easy to follow emails and website, After 1 consultation with management. Everything was scheduled and the hosts assigned to us did a perfect job following what was expected + we modified things and added things, they were very quick to get things in order. We had 1 mishap with the arcade card’s I spoke with Ashley I believe and she fixed it without hassle. Awesome environment Good food Good service I would recommend checking them out.

  Absolutely terrible service! Sat at the bar. Had to ask for a menu and a water. Took 10 minutes to get that. The lady that was waiting on me disappeared so a guy started helping got my food no napkins so I walked across the arcade to use the restroom and wash hands. Came back my seat was given away. So I grabbed my check and water moved to the end of the bar. tried to pay the lady and I made eye contact I said I’d like to cash out and she leaves again and starts doing dishes. Management needs to have some serious conversations with your staff. Service like that is unacceptable.

  We started the visit off on the right foot! The staff at the front were amazing. The manager helped me get a better deal for my group versus what I had previously purchased online. The kids had a blast bowling and playing laser tag, and had a lot of fun playing in the arcade and earning tickets. They left with lots of goodies! The only down fall we had was in the restaurant area. We were told where we could sit, and then we were not ackowledged. We asked the bartender for help, and he said someone would be right over (we had already waited half an hour then waited an additional 30 minutes). After nearly an hour, I sought out a manger for assistance. She assured me that we would promptly have service. Once served, everyone said that the food was good.

  Main Event Grand Rapids – Extremely Disappointing Experience Our experience at Main Event Grand Rapids was frustrating from start to finish. We waited 30 minutes just to be acknowledged while staff stood around doing very little. After finally ordering, it took another 25 minutes to receive our food — and our drinks didn’t arrive until after the food was already at the table. The food itself was just okay, nothing special, but the service issues made it much worse. We weren’t given silverware and had to ask for it. There were no napkins on the table either. When we were finished, we also had to ask for to-go boxes instead of them being offered. Basic table setup and service expectations simply weren’t met. For a place that’s supposed to be about fun and hospitality, this visit felt disorganized and inattentive. Very disappointing overall.

  Do not go here. There is no staff to help with anything leaving me and 4 others wandering and confused. An older man at the front was EXTREMELY rude and was talking down to us the entire time. We are adults and were being treated like children. He was treating my younger cousin terribly which led to him crying and being very upset. We had to wait over 10 minutes for every employee at the laser tag, gift shop and the “restaurant”. We were given a food menu and told we aren’t allowed to sit at the bar so we sat in a booth. No employees ever came to take our order so we left. We wanted to do more laser tag but there was no one there. We bought the unlimited activity packs and couldn’t even do what we wanted to because there was no one to help us. We spent over 100$ to come here as a fun activity with my cousin visiting from Florida and were talked to like we were idiots and left after an hour. Never going here again I will be sending an email to corporate to see if we can get a refund. (One female employee possibly the manager? Was very kind and helpful none of this is directed at her)
