My whole experience was ruined by one employee (white female with glasses) she was rude to me for no reason. The employees shouldn’t be allowed to speak to paying guests any way they want. Will not be back here.

Good overall experience, but there is a curfew for 17 and under minors that need to be accompanied by adults (21+) fridays and saturdays after 4 pm. This is never explained or expected. When the employee ask to check my ID, they never explain how or why. I was not affected, but this information needs to be listed for optimal experience

Cinemark should really train their employees better. I went in to buy tickets. I had gift cards. On one gift card I had $41.24. It was accepted without a problem. The second gift card had $8.76. And for the rest I was going to pay with card. The register lady, Makenzie, took the $41.24 without a problem. The remaining balance was $18.72. I told her I want to pay $8.76 on another gift card. She kept saying why my balance was and how it’s not enough. My gift card also doesn’t have a QR Code and she refuse to manually type the numbers in. There was a long line already and that’s when she finally decide to type it in. She complain how there’s a long line, well if she would just listen, it would be done much faster. It’s took like 20 minutes when it should’ve been done at 10 minutes. This is my first time going to Cinemark and the last. Should’ve stick with AMC instead. Now I know and would never go to Cinemark again!

I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with my experience at your theater on December 26, 2025. I attended the 2:45 PM showing of Avatar in the XD Luxury Lounger 3D D-Box (Theater 14), for which I paid $29.00. No staff members were present to provide the necessary 3D glasses for the film. I had to leave the theater to locate staff myself, which further disrupted my experience. While waiting in the concessions line, I observed a significant lack of professionalism. There were five people in line, and while one staff member assisted a guest, two others (a young lady and a gentleman) spent approximately five minutes flirting and talking to each other rather than helping the next customer in line. When I brought these concerns to the General Manager, Jake, his response was dismissive. He stated that "people slip through the cracks" and that "nothing could be done." This is an unacceptable response to a paying guest reporting a total breakdown in theater operations.

This multiplex is really tired and depressing. The place is shabby at best, and it's always seriously understaffed, and those people working there are a seriously mixed bag. Some are very helpful and some don't know what they are doing. One pays over $25 for special events at this theater, and getting there on public transportation is very, very, very difficult. One should be able to expect that the parking validation machines should work when one is trying to leave the place.
