When we ordered food, the server forgot to send our order to the kitchen. When we called him 30 min into the movie to ask where our food is, he said that he will resend the order and will talk to the manager about giving us credit on our bill. The order was finally delivered , with the popcorn delivered last after an hour into the movie, but we never got any credit or a discount on our order.

Our total for food and drinks was 111$ (includes gratuity) for 3 drinks (22oz beers x 2 and 1 spice pear mule which barely had any alcohol in it), 2 food plates+ shareable which were as expected for a theater (Fajitas with chicken + Mac and cheese and an order of truffle fries) It’s OK not much else to say.

I went in today to exchange for tickets and the manager at Pike & Rose, "Johnny" would not validate it. He bought out his superior manager, a woman (did not catch her name) but also would not validate it, saying it was from COVID. I asked if it was an IPIC pass and she confirmed but said that IPIC will not validate older movie passes. I asked if she would offer some type of discount off full-priced tickets, she rudely said no. I politely explained that a brand needs to stand by its word and asked if she would rather offer me something for the inconvenience or have have a very unhappy "Former Customer". She responded yes, I'd rather have an unhappy customer. I don't know who trains the staff but they should be fired. All that would have been needed was a small discount for the mistake made by the company. IPIC is not a unique brand anymore. Almost every theater has converted to the luxury seating experience. Instead go to RIO DINE-IN Movie Theater 18. Located at 9811 Washingtonian Blvd Ctr, Gaithersburg, MD 20878. Half the price and twice as nice to their customers. TO THE IPIC CORPORATION - You had best teach your staff how to properly handle the public or you won't be around for much longer! Streaming services are already eating away at your profits. A simple discount of 10% would have diffused the situation. Your manager encouraged this review over $4.20. that is ridiculous and you should be ashamed of your staff. Good luck for however much longer your around.
