  I usually am not usually this person because I find these people (e.g., those who write low reviews for potentially trivial inconveniences) annoying. I also own a business myself and try not to speak negatively of young, new businesses. However: I will not be back here. For context, my family paid for an hour of axe throwing for a group of 5. Axe throwing was fun, however when my son (3) and his grandmother went to play with the open life-sized Lego toys in their completely empty grassy turf space (seemingly the only open, flat space for toddlers) — we were curtly asked to leave by a worker who then proceeded to take a toy from my son’s hands. The act was extremely rude and quite frankly unprofessional. When I approached the front desk and manager to discuss what had happened and inquire about their event space policy, I was told this was all policy, as the event space was booked at 4 pm (and it was around 3 at the time). So, in about an hour, the space would be needed — therefore my child would not be allowed to quietly play before set up. All in all: If you have small children and are looking for fun family time, know there isn’t much for them to do. There is an arcade space, bowling, axe throwing (off limits to kids - obviously), and a green space that you are not welcome to — or at least we weren’t. For additional context: My family and children are Black — so perhaps extrapolate from that information and surmise for yourself why we were subject to discourtesy rather than kindness, guidance, or understanding.   Zee was Zee-best waitress we could’ve asked for—no debate. Gutter balls disappeared the moment Zee showed up (science can’t explain). If great service were a bowling ball, Zee would be a heavyweight champ. Zee deserves a perfect 300, a r a i s e, and a statue by lane 7. Truly a zee-riously elite person. (can you tell i make zee greatest puns 😆 i’ll be back!) also, whoever that super nice girl was that made our deserts, they were amazing!! perfect warmth and everything 🥰 thank you girlie! ps- i better get zee next time! pps. i asked her to bowl my turn and SHE MADE ME WIN HELLO! what a champ.

  Stratosphere is a great place, I'm a regular at trivia on Thursday nights and it's always a good time. The atmosphere is fun and inviting and the wait staff is amazing. We usually have Z waiting on our table and she's always on top of things and takes great care of us.

  I called to ask information about the NYE event bc I couldn’t open the website on any of my devices and both of the ladies were very rude. One of them was Tabatha I believe that was her name!. It was a very unpleasant phone call and the only thing I need it was information.

  Today we celebrated our son’s 10th birthday at Stratosphere Social and it was incredible! We were able to set up our room as soon as we arrived. Our party host, Amanda, was absolutely outstanding, sweet, and helpful! She truly allowed us to enjoy every moment without any stress or worry. Worth mentioning, she consistently checked in to see if we needed anything and ensured everything ran on schedule. All the kids had such a blast with the XD Theater and arcade - they didn’t want to leave. The parents were able to enjoy the bar area and watch the football game while they socialized. Our experience was beyond our expectation and our son said everything was a 10/10. Thank you Amanda and all the wonderful staff! Will definitely recommend Stratosphere Social to all our family!
