- KMKat W (Moe)Nov 10, 20252.0I’ll start by saying the customer service was good. During booking my questions were answered and at the time of my event the 2 ladies at the front desk were nice. I’m a little confused by the amount of five star ratings though. I was very disappointed in the upkeep of the space. I booked a party experience, the party area looked like an area that they decided to just put to use like hey not using this space throw some tables and chairs there and tell people we offer party options. They did have a disclaimer on the site that the buildings AC was out. I wasn’t expecting the building to be that hot since it’s not hot outside, idk if they run the heat while the AC is out it was very uncomfortable even with all the fans they had through the building. Again they advised the AC was out on their site so that was my fault. I do take ownership on my part with not touring in advance. I strictly went off the location and reviews when I booked for my daughter bday party. There was a roach in the bathroom, I only saw that one so probably not a serious issue there, they are connected to other stores so idk. The business has great potential the owner should really visit the location and put a little more thought into it.
