- NNNevaMay 30, 20241.0My son's grad photos were beyond Awful. He looks Nothing like himself. I made several attempts to contact about retakes and not once received a reply but get bombarded with spam emails to purchase the terrible photos taken by their "professional". Seeing reviews I'm honestly confused as to how they're ever hired.
- BDBert DMar 15, 20242.0My main complaint with these people is they charge a RIDICULOUS price for their photos. They've gouged us for many years with our four kids graduation photos (University OR High school), $46.00 for an 8x10 is just robbery. ANYWAY....our LAST photo we'll ever order from them is this year for our daughter's university grad, and they didn't even take a photo of her with flowers AND graduation cap. So we have ten photos, and some with cap some with flowers, but NOTHING with both cap & flowers. TRULY a screw up on their part, but OH...if we want a retake THEY charge US ...How fair! A total Rip-off company and I'm happy that I WILL NEVER HAVE TO USE THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!
- DBDIana Sofia Valbuena BenavidesMar 30, 20231.0After paying for my picture and getting sick and not bring able to make it to the appointment I tried contacting them about it to try and get a retake or to figure out options.they did NOT answer any email and when calling they constantly said that they would call me back and to just leave my phone number, they eventually called back and helped me make an appointment that went well, then the issue continues because they FORGOT TO SEND MY PICTURE TO MY SCHOOL
- DBDan BadisonDec 15, 20191.0Not even funny, two photos had the top half of my son's head cut off and can not even see if he has hair even in their brochure they have pictures with the heads cut off are your Guys serious !!??.. The ministry of transportation takes better pictures for drivers licences. Also many poses and backgrounds are very weak and blah... Way too expensive for such amateurish work. ! Not a coincidence that all reviews are very very poor . Come on people wakeup this is a total disgrace. !! How can you people sleep at night knowing you are taking families hard earned money and in return give them such a low low quality product .. period ....
