  PREDATORY MONOPOLY & SUBSTANDARD QUALITY. 0 STARS IF I COULD. It is disgusting how this company handles the 2025–2026 graduation season. They have a total stranglehold on school photography in Winnipeg and are using it to rob parents blind. Since they are the "official" school photographer, you have NO choice. Their pricing is predatory—charging between $200 and $490+ plus taxes. To make it worse, there is NO standalone digital option. They force you to buy expensive, unwanted physical print bundles just to get access to your photos. In 2026, withholding a digital-only package is a clear tactic to inflate prices for a captive market. Beyond the greed, the quality is a joke. For these "prestige" prices, the photographer showed zero professionalism, paying no attention to student poses or simple details. The photos look rushed and low-effort. I have officially submitted formal complaints to the Competition Bureau Canada regarding their abuse of dominance and to the Better Business Bureau. I officially requested the contract with the school decision and sent letter to MP. I urge all other parents to do the same. This exploitation of our students' milestones must stop. SHAMEFUL.

  My son's grad photos were beyond Awful. He looks Nothing like himself. I made several attempts to contact about retakes and not once received a reply but get bombarded with spam emails to purchase the terrible photos taken by their "professional". Seeing reviews I'm honestly confused as to how they're ever hired.

  Just received the proofs of my son's grad pics...I could have done these better myself with my smartphone and edited in a grad gown! Sad! He has no colour to his skin, ghost like. Bad positioning. Plain backgrounds. Holding roses, like a 70's pic or like my female cousin had done, again 30 some years ago! Half resembling the yearly pic positions WITHOUT the gown...which we already bought and paid for, this year. If you're thinking about paying extra for grad photos with this company, think again! Definitely NOT worth the $30 sitting fee...my son said, it was like she had no idea what she was doing. The proof of that is in the proofs! Shameful. I wish I had known the quality of their work beforehand... frustrating when my daughter's grad pic's were so stunning! (From a different photography company)

  Our daughter is more than disappointed. Gras pictures look like funeral shots.Photographer should change jobs. We will not order any of the pictures they took. I rather spend money on a real photographer that knows how and has an eye for pics.
