- KHKatie HernandezJan 2, 20263.0Brought my elderly dad to a 10:15am showing and were the first ones there. $13 for a ticket, and $12 for a senior. Honestly, I was surprised at the price for a morning showing, but I haven’t been to the movies in a long time. I went to the bathroom before the movie and all the toilet seats were up giving the illusion they had been cleaned, but all had a line of grime in the water indicating they had not been. Both soap dispensers were broken and falling over. The hand sanitizer outside of the women’s bathroom was also empty/broken. Luckily, there was some outside the men’s room that worked. The bathrooms are only located near the lobby and our theater was all the way down a sloped hallway in back and for my elderly dad it was an unexpected hike. Thankfully, he did not need to go during the movie but I can imagine if he had to he probably would have missed 15-20 minutes walking up there and back down. The seats were misleading. I bought two seats next to each other but when we got there the recliners were set up as loveseats with some sharing an arm rest. His seat was at a separate “loveseat” so he was further away then as if we were sharing an arm rest. I would’ve chosen differently had I know because it made communicating during the movie difficult (you can imagine an elderly person trying to whisper during a loud movie)…. Overall, the experience was nothing special. Somethings to keep in mind if planning to attend with any elderly. Will probably check out the Lowell location next time.
- SLSteph LouDec 9, 20251.0I had the worst experience with Quinten, he is supposed to be a manager but lacked customer service skills. I came to a late show he must’ve been tired from his shift. I have always had a positive experience here. I will go to the showcase in Lowell or the amc in Burlington before this option and will stay away from the horrible service at the concession
