I tapped the button on the showcase app to tell them I was there and they could make the concession order so we wouldn't have to wait. When we arrived there was one person working the concession and he did not notice the order come through, so we ended up waiting for it to be made. Not a biggie I guess. Then we went to be checked in and there was no one there. The young man had to come from behind the concession to check us in. He was so helpful. Someone should have been there to help him.
