This is one of my favorite theaters. It's the only theater in Massachusetts with the 4D Max and remember ladies, If your man doesn't take you downstairs to the arcade before the movie he's a brokyyyyyy!!!!

We drove over an hour to go to one of the few 4d theaters in the area and it was very disappointing. The seats were kinda uncomfortable (god forbid you have a back issue because it might really hurt you if you do) and the motions were out of sync with the screen by a good 2-3 seconds which really took us out of the experience. Also I think some of the non-motion features on our seat were not working. Kind of a cute gimmick but not an hour+ fun for sure, sitting in rocking seats is tiring after about 10 minutes of it, and a lot of the motions basically just feel like you have an annoying child behind you kicking your seat randomly. Just let me sit comfortably and enjoy the damn movie.

I write this query, because I felt very bad today at the 6:00 pm showing of the movie Tron: Ares, in room 2 iMax digital, I took my daughter, a girl with a desability, so she could enjoy the show, and the seats were damaged, she could not sit down, we complained and the said that when the movie started it would be fixed, but it did not happen, we went back to communicate with them and they were grotesque and spoiled, I felt discriminated against, they did not offer a solution to change our seat or show, is was a bad time for my daughter psychologically and emotionally, I asked for my money back if they did not give me a solution, the Manager Ahonda Wray, snatched the soda that my daughter had and with a mocking face looking at her threw it in the trash, a girl with that condition did not understand what was happening, she became very frustrated, she is in a wheelchair and has Broca's Aphacia, she does not coordinate what can happen at the moment, in reality I I was frustrated and felt discriminated against, I hope this doesn't happen to another child with a desability, and they accept the damage was the movie theater's fault.

Really enjoy this theater, very cool place however the experience has become lackluster in the past months. I have had to tell the theater employees about multiple issues like house lights not turning off when movies start and such. Just saw Tron Ares in their 4DX theater and the film was out of focus, told an employee who told me that was just a result of the 3D. I work in the film industry, you can read credits in a 3D presentation. I went out again and spoke to a manager that said someone would do something about it, no dice, nothing! Nobody else in the theater seemed to complain, have we come to the point where we don’t even expect our movies to be in focus now? Please do better Showcase!
