- HSH. SDec 31, 20251.0This was our first and last at the Hampshire Cinemark movie theater. Extremely disappointed with this Cinemark. We have gone to West Springfield Cinemark and the cinema in Pittsfield (with a different company) and they both have large reclining seats. Pittsfield even heats the seats. You have plenty of room to stretch out in W. Side or Pittsfield with recliners. W. Side has a tray to place your popcorn bags and snacks. W Side has plenty of room with reclining seats in great shape. Tons of parking spaces. A bar inside and plenty of table to sit an get a bite and enjoy a drink 🍸 if you choose before or after a movie. I just went to a movie in a XD real 3 D #3 and we were so cramped in our seats. No tray, no reclining and our knees were touching the seat in front of us. The people behind us kept bumping into the back of our seats. My knees were stiff after being stuck 3.45 hours watching a movie. I'm only 5ft 5 inches so it's not like I have long legs. We really had little to no arm space. I thought buying a ticket in XD /3D at a Cinemark any place would give us great seats. We will definitely make the extra 5-10 minutes to go to West Springfield Cinemark. They are much larger. Many options and every one We have ever been in have large comfortable reclining seats.

Sharing one last laugh, brushing my fingers through that butter popcorn, boy, times were had.
- JCJeramy CorneliusNov 30, 20252.0We went for the XD theater , Number 3 on the Left Side , & the audio was snap crackle and popping thru the Entire Movie, It literally sounded like what A Blown Speaker Sounds Like in a car . When you pay that much for a movie ticket you expect a certain level of quality and this is not it , the seats don't even Recline . Even tho staff was super friendly and there's lots to do in the area , it doesn't make up for the quality of the film experience, at this theater. Wife was Not happy.
