We were stuck on one final thing and all of a sudden something triggered that was supposed to trigger much earlier in the game. This is the second time we were in a room where something that was supposed to trigger did not trigger costing us sometime and experience.

- EHEben Healy6 days ago1.0We had a terrible experience. This was our second trip to red door escape rooms to celebrate a birthday. The game room was falling apart and the puzzles were broken we solved one puzzle ( verified by the game assistant) and nothing happened. We spent half our time waiting for the next stage that never happened. This was our second time at red door escape rooms and both times the rooms didn’t work. Our other experience was robot reboot. To make it worse, we were told a manager would be in touch with regards to this experience, but we still haven’t heard from them. Would not recommend.
