The experience was absolutely disgusting and disturbing — I’m genuinely traumatized. It’s unacceptable and unsanitary to encounter a rodent infestation in what’s advertised as a “Luxury” theater. After leaving, I checked the reviews and, unsurprisingly, found multiple complaints describing the same issue. It’s clear that this problem has been ongoing and has not been properly addressed or taken seriously.
