However, the balcony seats are extremely tight and quite uncomfortable. It was genuinely difficult to stay seated for more than an hour without feeling uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the seating really took away from the overall experience.

There aren't a ton of bathrooms, especially on the upper levels and the seats arent the most comfortable with very little leg room. They also continue to let people in after the doors close, which can be pretty distracting.
