I spent a few hundred dollars on unobstructed seats. Chance put me behind a juggernaut of a man that put their kid on his lap the entire time. I couldn't hear what was happening. I couldn't see. I showed up in an attempt to see that Harry Potter play. I left after intermission. Both my neck and back hurt from the attempt I had at seeing a play behind a above average height person. The seats are tight. If your tall you'll both be uncomfortable and ruin someone's night that's behind you.

Good theater, but be carful. Some seating is diabolically bad. 5’11” balcony row A, my knees hit the wall. Had to leave halfway through the show. The need to put warning for tight spaces—I kid you not, there’s is not enough room to fit the play bill between the seat and the wall (long way)

6'3" person with 33" inseam does not sit comfortably in Orchestra seats, and that takes away from one's enjoyment of a 3-hour show. Sound was very good, theater is well decorated and appointed, but the seating doesn't accommodate taller people not born in the early 20th century.

Saw "Cursed Child" on November 9th and was very impressed by the crowd control, kind staff, and atmosphere. The show was lovely, but more importantly everyone in attendance was greeted with kind words and smiles and the numerous children were treated with joy and patience. Positive experiences going to the theater at a young age leads to passionate theater going adults. It's the lifeblood and your staff nailed it.

The Emerson Colonial theater always has a good show that is touring on Broadway or is an off-broadway production. The one star, however comes from the very crammed seat that I was in, in the Dress Circle, which took my attention away from the show quite a lot. It had put a lot of stress on my back which is not good if you want me to enjoy the show. Anyway, may or may not come back for a few more shows but the seats need more space.
