It is now the only movie theater available in the Monroe/West Monroe area. The customer service has completely gone out the window. While in town visiting for the Christmas holidays, my family and I went to see Avatar in 3D. Well we didn't realize we hadn't gotten our 3D glasses upon entry, until we looked at the blurred screen. I went to retrieve said glasses, only to be told they didn't have any available and someone went to retrieve them. I asked how long and the young lady said soon. Okay, that's great and hopefully my movie doesn't begin while away and the several other people who needed glasses for the same 3D MOVIE!! It would have been nice to not have to go in the theater without the glasses we should've received upon entry. Also, someone should've called for more glasses way before they all ran out to avoid a line of upset customers hoping we don't miss parts of our movie.
The concession line had about 10 people behind the counter and only 2, maybe 3 working.
The bathrooms looked like they hadn't been checked in hours. There was no tissue in several stalls, no paper towels and the hand dryer didn't work either. There needs to be some serious customer service, maybe overall organizational training (which I'd happily conduct) because I'd rather drive to Ruston when I come home than go back to Tinseltown if they don't make some improvements. It's ridiculous. The best part of my experience was the movie.

tried to charge us $15 for 2 large cups of water. when we asked why she said we had to pay for the cups. $15 for 2 paper cups??? we have been coming for years and was never charged for a large water. a whole sleeve of paper cups cost less than what theyre trying to charge us. its unbelievable!

Movie supposed to start at5:15.
30 minutes of commercials! Movie actually started at 5:45. RIDICULOUS!
