    I went to the theater for the first time on October 28th 2025. And I will not return. Before the movie started, a RAT ran out from the chair next to me. I was in theater 7. There were only 6 people in the movie theater when this happened. The only place that the rat could have came from, were inside of the recliners. No more for me.

    Movie: One in a Million TWICE Documentary Time: 7pm Date: October 25, 2025 Seats: E6-E8 Watched a movie in cinema 3 and there was a lady talking the whole 1hr and 40mins of the movie. Went to staff and police on standby about it, didn’t do anything. Went to staff the second time around and they finally went in to tell her to be quiet. This place blows. There weren’t managers on site for us to complain to and potentially get a refund / a movie rebooked for us to see it again. Disappointed in the staff and everyone involved.

    Nasty! Rats are in the building, so do NOT get food here! I absolutely won't be going back here until it gets a clean health inspection (and maybe two or three clean inspections in a row to make sure they actually stick with it). It used to not be this bad. And Cinemark, spare me your "This isn't up to our usual standards" canned reply. You've been saying that for months to other reviewers who've complained about the rat problem! This IS your "usual standards!" It's time to fix that.
