  Will NEVER spend 1 dime at this place again!! My daughter spent $33 on movie tickets, but lost her cell phone in route to the movies from school. She spent 30 mins hunting for phone and then went to talk to management but they would NOT allow them to push the tix to the next movie showing to give her time to have family do locating services and hopefully find where it was, so she could show the barcode proof of purchase to enter. She would have watched the movie from the get go at the Regal Boardwalk, but they were not going to air the movie. Unfortunately, Regal ended up announcing they were going to air it, but not UNTIL AFTER we had already bought tickets to the movie theater in town that was already shut down once this year for HAVING RATS!! Place stunk like urine the last time I attempted to see a movie there. The smell was so bad I couldn’t last more than 15-20 mins in the theater and I left, and have not returned!! I don’t care if they are the only theater in town with reclining seats!! I refuse to watch movies at this place no matter how bad I want to see a movie!

  Called literally all over where I live in East Texas specifically to find The Devil Wears Prada 2 merchandise and everywhere was sold out. I did a general search for ‘Cinemark’ on Google Maps and, although I technically live closer to DFW (I knew that they would be sold out), I called this location here in Shreveport. John (Box Office Bro ™️) answered, listened to my plight, and went on a search. Turns out that they still had the buckets (and purse charms). This man asked his manager, who asked the GM if they could set a bucket aside for me since I was willing to drive from two hours away. They did! So I made my way, in the rain (uphill both ways, lol) to Shreveport and, Devil Wears Prada swag in hand, am about to turn around and head home. Ngl, I have had a mediocre viewpoint of Cinemark in general as it always seemed that their theaters are older, a bit messy, and the bathrooms are gross. This location is a gleaming exception. The bathrooms were clean. The concessions were well stocked and I was greeted by smiles all around. They even have a nice, little arcade! I am extremely happy with the service that I received from the amazing people and will probably be right back come Saturday for the actual movie itself!

  Worst experience I've ever had at a Cinemark. First off, they only offer popcorn and soda on Mondays, but don't tell anyone about it, second, 30 minutes into the movie they kick us out for some bs false alarm. Terrible place. Save your money for some place else.

  My family loves it her it's a pretty nice place the seats are nice Snacks and food are good they have pizza hut pizza and the nachos and cheese are sooooo good
